எனக்குத் தெரிந்து ஸ்ரீலங்கா பைனல்ஸ்க்காக முரளியை பாதுகாத்து வைக்கிறார்கள் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். அது வேஸ்ட், இவர்கள் பைனல்ஸ் வரமாட்டார்கள். ஏற்கனவே செமிக்கு சென்று விட்டத் தில்லில் முரளியும் வாஸும் இல்லாமல் விளையாடுகிறார்கள். இவர்கள் பைனல்ஸ் வருவார்கள் என்ற நம்பிக்கை எனக்கு இல்லை.
இப்பொழுதே பைனல்ஸை நினைத்துக் கொண்டு, அதாவது இருக்கிறதை விட்டுட்டு பறக்கிறதுக்கு ஆசைப்படுற கதையா வேடிக்கையா இருக்கு, இவங்க பண்றது. இன்னிக்கு கிடைக்கிற அடியில் எழுந்திருக்கவே மாட்டாங்கன்னு நினைக்கிறேன். பார்ப்போம்.
இதுவரை மூன்றுவிக்கெட்களை இழந்து பரிதாபமாய் ஸ்ரீலங்கா தடுமாறிவருகிறது.

The strategy to win Aussies as of now would be don't show them any signs of defeat. Give them a blow that will get them out of the tournament. ippove if we some one defeats aussies they will start rethinking their strategy pakalam eppadi poguthunu. Aussies are like US every one wants them to lose but they arent :(.
ஆமாம் சந்தோஷ் அப்படித்தான் நினைத்து விளையாடுகிறார்கள். ஆனால் ஆஸ்திரேலியா Luckஐ வைத்து ஜெயிப்பவர்கள் கிடையாது.
அவர்கள் மேட்ச் பை மேட்ச் விளையாடுவார்கள். அவர்களிடம் வேறெதும் Bad Strategy இருப்பதாகத் தெரியவில்லை.
உண்மையில் ஆஸ்திரேலியா இந்த உலகக்கோப்பையை இழக்க வேண்டுமானால் பைனல்ஸில் எதிரணியின் பதினோரு நபர்களும் இதுவரை அவர்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் இப்படி விளையாடியத்தில்லை என்ற விதத்தில் விளையாடினால் தான் முடியும்.
அப்படி விளையாடும் பொழுது கூட டஃப் பைட் இருக்கும். பார்ப்போம்.
In somecases over-confident (Aussie) might screw up too. Though I don't like Aussie team personally, i always admire their team spirit.
Btw Energy conserving is good (Vaas n Murali) for this situation and i hope SL would bouce back strongly.

ஓவர் கான்பிடன்ஸ் என்றெல்லாம் சொல்ல முடியாது, இந்த உலகக்கோப்பையில் ஆஸ்திரேலியாவிற்கு பக்கத்தில் கூட யாரும் வரவில்லையென்பதுதான் உண்மை.
I don't think that it is an energy-conserving tactics.
More so, I think, that the SL does not want Aussies to get to play Murali and Vaas and develop a strategy.
Bowling 10 overs is not a big deal at all for these 2 bowlers.
They dont want to get Aussies comfortable in plaing these 2.
I think that is a good idea.
But, NZ and SA are always dangerous teams on a given day.
Let's see.
For now, only Aussies are assured to be in the finals/
